Requirements:
- 2–5 years in business development or project delivery
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with donor-funded or government projects
- Strong writing, reporting, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable:
- Experience in technical assistance, AML/CFT, governance, UAE business, or Arabic/English fluency
- Sales or marketing background is a plus

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Lead coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company’s goods.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains departmental supervisors.
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handles employee discipline and termination as per company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with departments to maintain resources for an effective supply chain.
- Establishes performance metrics for the supply chain.
- Maintains detailed inventories at various locations.
- Optimizes supply levels for production.
- Analyzes procedures and suggests efficiency improvements.
- Develops and implements policies for quality and safety.
- Identifies optimal shipping routes and warehousing plans.
- Assesses staffing and equipment needs for material handling.
- Negotiates with vendors and shipping companies.
- Advises product development teams on materials and supply costs.
- Coordinates new product launches and engineering changes.
- Monitors and qualifies suppliers for performance and delivery.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
