Requirements:

• 2–5 years in business development or project delivery
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience with donor-funded or government projects
• Strong writing, reporting, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

• Experience in technical assistance, AML/CFT, governance, UAE business, or Arabic/English fluency
• Sales or marketing background is a plus

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Lead coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company’s goods.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Hires and trains departmental supervisors.
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
• Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Handles employee discipline and termination as per company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with departments to maintain resources for an effective supply chain.
• Establishes performance metrics for the supply chain.
• Maintains detailed inventories at various locations.
• Optimizes supply levels for production.
• Analyzes procedures and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Develops and implements policies for quality and safety.
• Identifies optimal shipping routes and warehousing plans.
• Assesses staffing and equipment needs for material handling.
• Negotiates with vendors and shipping companies.
• Advises product development teams on materials and supply costs.
• Coordinates new product launches and engineering changes.
• Monitors and qualifies suppliers for performance and delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
